The annual school board legal and general liability policies were approved in Thursday’s meeting. The premiums for the policy renewals are $16,905 (school board/educators legal liability) and $541 , reflecting a total increase of $1,396 over last year. In light of the Covid-19 health concerns, the Mountain Home School District is taking various precautions to ensure student and staff safety while still providing a robust education experience. The calendar does include 10 built-in days for possible inclement weather, five of which would be AMI days, Long says.
