My dad was covered in food, his drink spilled all over his food and tray, and half of his food was on the floor from being left to fend for himself . When asked what was going on, none of the nursing staff could give an answer other than someone was supposed to be feeding them, but they did not know what happened. Her feeding tube was yanked out by a night aid in December of 2011 and again Jan of 2012. Mom, Mary Richards passed away yesterday Jan 28, 2012 in the home on hospice because we did not put the tub back in.
